A 50% advance payment of the total booking amount is mandatory at the time of booking to confirm your trip.
The remaining balance must be paid as per the agreed terms before or during the journey.
Cancellation 2 days prior to the booked travel date:
A full refund will be processed.
GST amount will be deducted, as GST is non-refundable.
Cancellation 1 day prior or on the same day of travel:
50% of the advance payment will be deducted.
The remaining amount (if applicable) will be refunded as per policy.
No refund will be applicable for trips cancelled after the journey has started or in case of no-show.
GST charged at the time of booking is non-refundable under any circumstances, as per government regulations.
